Elton has lead various teams and companies through the startup lifecycle (for large enterprises as new initiatives/divisions and startups alike) from idea --> validation --> traction --> scale --> handoff/exit. He is a strategist that can take an idea from zero to scale and brings a deep playbook on execution, go to market strategy/tactics, and developing/supporting talented teams through leadership.
 
Currently, he's working on ventures at the intersection of durable, perennial consumer goods and technology and is the Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Semi Exact.
